Fitness and relaxation

Our diverse fitness and relaxation program includes a total of 36 sessions per week, with 13 different offerings. Backfit, Pilates, and QiGong are just a small excerpt of them. You can decide for yourself when and where you would like to participate. If you have any questions about specific exercises for your health and relaxation, please contact Ms. Petra Riess directly on Mondays and Thursdays.

Our team consists of qualified sports and gymnastics instructors, back school instructors and rehabilitation sports instructors with many years of experience, who regularly attend further training courses.
We are pleased to be able to offer you the opportunity to learn new training methods and to improve proven ones, as well as to gain new experience. Our goal is to improve your health and change your behavior.
